Thermocouple with Standard Head and 4-20mA Transmitter

These semi rigid thermocouples are ideal for all applications from simple temperature measurement to more arduous environments. A 4-20 mA transmitter is incorporated into the standard head so that you may extend the sensor with standard copper instrument cable into your loop system. They have insulated junctions to prevent earth loops and can be formed to shape to suit particular applications without impairing performance. A range of instrument cable and adjustable compression fittings can be found on this website to complement this product.

  • Sheath Material:
    Type K - 321 Stainless Steel or 310 Stainless Steel (0 to 1200°C but sensor rated to 1100°C)
    Type T, J - 321 Stainless Steel
    Type N - Nicrotherm DTM
  • The operating range of these sensors is shown in the order code boxes
  • Insulated Junction
  • Terminated in an IP67 standard weatherproof head rated to 135ºC with head mounted 4-20 mA transmitter
