PFA Insulated Twisted Pair Thermocouple Cable with Screen 250°C

We supply 7/0.2mm or 13/0.2mm dia stranded thermocouple cable in 25, 50, 100 or 200 metre lengths in thermocouple types KX, TX, JX, NX or RCA/SCA. Each conductor is insulated in PFA, the cores are twisted, screened with aluminium Mylar tape in contact throughout with a tinned copper drainwire, then overall sheathed in PFA. All conductors used are made from the relevant thermocouple material and meets IEC 60584-1 Class 2 up to 250°C. The insulation material is colour coded to IEC 60584-3 as shown below.

  Type KX extension cable: green outer sheath, green positive and white negative cores
  Type TX extension cable: brown outer sheath, brown positive and white negative cores
  Type JX extension cable: black outer sheath, black positive and white negative cores
  Type NX extension cable: pink outer sheath, pink positive and white negative cores
  Type RCA/SCA compensating cable: orange outer sheath, orange positive and white negative cores
